Our Mission
The Wisconsin Co-Living Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to stable, affordable housing through the support and development of co-living and shared housing programs across Southeastern Wisconsin. Our mission is to strengthen the network of responsible housing providers who create safe, dignified living environments for adults seeking a fresh start — particularly those reentering society after incarceration.
We achieve this by securing funding, partnerships, and resources to help co-living operators acquire and sustain quality housing properties, improve operational capacity, and build long-term financial stability. Through this work, the Foundation empowers communities to provide more than shelter — we help create pathways to independence, accountability, and lasting reintegration.
